Takamori Wagyu or "Drunken Wagyu" originates from a single-farm, Iwakuni in the Yamaguchi Prefecture. The cattle here are fed on the sake mash, from Dassai Sake Brewery, and a mixture of carefully selected grains which produces its characteristic flavor.
This product rarely leaves Asia and when it does it doesn't hang around for long.So its a fist come first serve on this limited item.
